Data controller

Data we collect

We collect only the data needed to fulfil an order: first and last name, phone, email, and delivery address/office.

Purposes and legal basis

We process data to: accept and deliver orders (performance of a contract); issue documents and meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation); and communicate about your order.

Recipients

We share the necessary data with our fulfilment partner BigArena Ltd. and with the courier — so your order reaches you and so the cash-on-delivery payment can be collected. BigArena may pass the delivery itself to its own subcontractors: couriers and postal operators. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet legal obligations (e.g. accounting records as required by law).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise them, write to hello@smartycoffee.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (CPDP).

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working (for example, remembering your cart) and are always active.

Analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you allow them — separately, by purpose. Decline and none are placed.

Before you choose, Google's tag loads in a restricted mode: it sets no cookies and stores no identifier, and only receives an anonymous signal that a page was viewed, so we can measure our ads. Full measurement starts only once you allow it.
