General information
These Terms govern the relationship between SloTech Ltd. (the “Seller”) and the customers of the smartycoffee.com online store. By placing an order you accept these Terms.
Products
The products offered are foods / food supplements (functional coffee). Information on the site is for general purposes only and is not medical advice — consult a doctor if in doubt. The product is not intended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Orders and prices
Orders are placed without registration. All prices are in euro (EUR), VAT included. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order.
Payment and delivery
Payment is by cash on delivery via courier. Orders above the quantity shown in the cart ship free; otherwise a courier fee applies, displayed before you complete your order.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (ZZP) and Directive 2011/83/EU. See “Returns & Complaints” for details.
Complaints, disputes and applicable law
In case of non-conformity you may file a complaint under the ZZP. Bulgarian law applies. The supervisory authority is the Consumer Protection Commission (CPC). Disputes may also be referred to the conciliation commissions at the CPC.
